Hello and welcome to a brand new theory I figured I do. this is no ordinary Doctor Who theory, this is a theory I'm developing and honoring @PaulHanley is quite a fantastic artist he's made some amazing stuff on Doctor Who and I did catch notice on some of the Doctors he made too.
