The Doctor (Tony Haygarth)

so i saw my buddy TiltAraiza work on his doctor i loved his take so much i decided to make a full fleshed suit for one of them. I decided to do his Seventh Doctor portrayed by Tony Haygarth since i wasn't sure what full costume would look like or if any of them had a sonic screwdriver so I decided to give Tony one.
