Here's Day 21 of my 25 Days of Doctor Who, I took heavily inspiration off of @PaulHanley take on his Robbie Coltrane doctor, so I enlisted my buddy Billybob to design a live action counterpart of Paul Hanley's doctor, so he's my day 21 for 25 Days of Doctor Who.
