25 Days of Doctor Who: Day 16 - Charlie Chaplin

here's day 16 of 25 days of doctor who famous legendary comedian of all time, Charlie Chaplin. now I know what you're thinking, "Why doesn't he have his traditional hat mustache and  cane?" I wanted to do something different for Chaplin's doctor then just make him how he looked in the 30s and 40s. So what I did was take inspiration off of another look he had and made him a alternative second doctor. to which I think he would have been an amazing doctor
