25 Days - The Meglos Evolution

Here is my first ever storyline for 2025's 25 Days of Doctor Who, The Meglos Evolution

The Doctor And Raine land on Earth after The events of Alixion (to which is my S27 storyline) where they get a call to relax a little bit in the sun, But to their surprise they soon learn that all 71% of water on Earth just strangely disappeared

Leading UNIT to call in The Doctor and Raine onto an investigation, They learn that all of the Earth's surface of water has vanished but it hasn't vanished, it's been stolen and The Doctor needs to figure out why, They soon encounter a surviving race The Doctor once knew and fought in the past has grown to have evolved into Living Breathing Creatures and The Doctor discovers it's The Meglos returning but this time they weren't the simple pods or small cactus survivors like before, And the Meglos Commander named Magrick plans to use all of Earth's water to rebuild The Meglos Colony and The Doctor and Raine must stop The Meglos before Earth becomes a dried up dead planet.

Yes I did decide to make Brian Blessed an Alternative Eighth Doctor, and decide to use Beth Chalmers Raine Creevy as The Companion, and I thought the best returning villain that could work is The Meglos.
