The Blood Killers - The Doctor and Evelyn are called to a victorian town in the 1820s, where a creature fartold to escaped his own timeline into another. entering this misty dark town, they discover that countless murders have been happening a ton on both men and women, The Doctor meets a man named Ed Valin who believes to have a theory about these murders. he says people have been turning against each other the next minute you look, they're history he speculates there's been a group behind these murders all the time,  The Doctor and Evelyn discover loads of dripping blood throughout the city The Doctor realizes this group is still here. they meet a woman named Amelia Shaiton she tells the two about a group named The Blood Killers, they feast on the ones remains bathed in the innocence blood and will tempt anyone to join their side even with an illusion. It then starts to hit the Doctor, which gets him excited. The Blood Killers are vampires but not from this Earth..
