Doctor Nigel Shipman, also know as the Black Claw, is a super villain who is the arch enemy of the Speed Kids.
Backstory
1970s
Before he lost his arm and was in his 30s Doctor Shipman was elected as the Prim minster of Britain, to all the people he promised to write checks to charity and Britain a better place, with his wife Elsa Shipman and their son Gene Shipman.
In 1978 when Gene turned 10 he discovered he was a mutant with telepathic abilities including mind-reading, mind controlling and memory altering, when his powers are activated his eyes glow pink.
When Black Claw found his son was a mutant and thought he could use his ability to whip the minds of the world leaders to make them serenader to him and to make all their countries part of the British empire. But Gene was abused too much by his father to make him use his mutant abilities. Nigel grabbed Gene by the throat and told
