About Us

This is a group that supports mainly knit/crochet works of art. Other fabric works are allowed as well.

We are here to help expose more fabric artists and maybe help them along so they can sell their items and get commissioned.

I will get to sorting as soon as I can! Also, Ryuki117 has changed herself to Slaanesh117. I, however, cannot change the Founder name thing...

What else... What else... Please tell me if you want me to post commissions or if you want to sell something! You can probably make money that way or something. I want to help you guys out :aww:

And I apologize if I don't get to things on time. I just starting working on art myself. Talk about squirtin muse. Alright, enough of moi. Back to artsy things!

What You Can Do:
You can submit knit/crochet and fabric works like Plushies & Dolls, Cosplay, and Hats.

Join
If you have ever joined a group before, you notice it has you give a reason why you would like to join. So just click on the 'Join our group' button to do so.

Contributing
For management control, please submit up to 3(three) deviations per week. Please submit your work in the correct folders.

Contests/Commissions
Contests are iffy at the time being. Points are the only way we have currency currently. I'll explain where you take your points later.
If you would like to promote commissions, we will set up a list. Also, please inform us by note. Details like price, what it is you're willing to do, if you pay by hour or just bulk.

It allows submitting only in featured folder... It doesn't give an option to select a folder...

Yeah, I'm not sure where the group moderators are, they haven't been online in a long time. I do like this group but it isn't very active. Kind of a bummer. :(

Hi, there!
I have a question about knitting in the round. I am working on a stag horn cable purse, and am just starting on the cable pattern. How do I tell which is the front of my work and which is the back?

Do you still need help with this project?

When I knit in the round I use a stitch marker to mark the beginning of my work, you can add on in now if you can still tell. When you complete one round you just slide the stitch marker over and it will move up in your work. then I just use the starting point in a round as the beginning of the "front" of the work.

If that doesn't make sense feel free to message me and I'll help you figure it out!

Thank you for the reply. The problem has already been resolved.

I discovered that the front side is the side that ends up stockinette when doing all knit stitch.

Eh I can only get on every few days. And its only for a short amount of time. I would like to have someone who is on this site be here more often, but no one cares.
