An attempt was made at a pun with the title. If you get it, congrats, you either paid attention in your history/US government/poli-sci class(es), or you were around for what it's play on-words of. I myself wasn't even a twinkle in my parents' eye at that point...hell, they hasn't even met yet- that's 23 years later!

Comic commission for @GrayGuardian123, who wanted something with his version of Prom Queen and my teen villain, Rumor Millie. Tossed around a few ideas, came up with Millie being "recruited" as the sort of "social media manager" for Prom Queen and her Homecoming Court.

...At least, that what she is on paper. In reality, she's there to get info on those running against them in the upcoming elections for prom. Kiiiind of a good thing she's on their side, given a lot of the dirt she's dug up on who she's working under.
