Good as Gold- Nuzlocke Challenge Part 5Route 31- Part 2
And even more grinding.... This is getting tiring... though I decided to go ahead and deposit Ivy into the box... I just was never a fan of grass types... I figured she could be used as a last resort... very last resort...
It was seeming that wild grinding with Jaysn was going a bit too slow. I figured we could do the switcharoo trick. So with a shrug, which seemed to irritate Nicodemus I decided to move on to challenge the young bug catcher named Wade. But first.. I grabbed the black Apricorn figuring at the very least I could maybe get some money off of Poke Balls.
"I caught a bunch of wild Pokemon, let me show them to you!" Wade exclaimed excitedly. I was happy it was just a bunch of bug type, the switcharoo trick wouldn't harm my team too much and would allow some experience to Jaysn. For now I used Wisdom so that she could also level up, maybe even learn peck.
I gasped when I saw the Weedle that Wade had, poison my Wisdom, and prayed that she'd survive. She was hi

I sighed finally when Nicodemus was level five, yeah he wasn't that strong yet, but I knew he could hold his own, it was time to progress, this constant pacing was making me dizzy. I smiled at him as he hung onto my shoulder and continued on past the crazy Apricorn guys house, and it reminded me to run to Mr. Pokemon's house and see if I could get that pink apricorn before we moved to our first Pokemon battle with a trainer... that wasn't some insane thief.
Nic sustained some damage from wild battles while we were getting the apricorn, so I decided to stop by Cherrygrove one last time to heal up my team. Once I left the Pokemon Center, Nic chattered catching my attention as he crawled down to my bag nudging my ball pouch. I frowned opening it noticing I only had two two left. I frowned and looked at the Poke Mart. I sighed and nodded, "Good plan." I said, gently scratching under his chin before I moved into the Poke Mart to buy some more Poke Balls and maybe some Potio
Good as Gold- Nuzlocke Challenge Part 3Route 29- Part 2
As I entered route 29 for the second time I saw Ethan with his Marill. He smiled waving me over, "There you are!" He said excitedly. I laughed, "Sorry. Had to say bye to Mom, you know how she is." He smiled and nodded, "You can catch wild Pokemon now if you have Poke Balls." I sighed giving him a very obvious face as I spoke, "Noooo you don't say! Problem genius, I don't have any Poke Balls." He frowned flicking my forehead making me wince, "Stop being a brat and you may just learn something..."
"Fallow me!" He ordered turning and leading me into the grass. Soon we were met with a little Rattata and he went through the simple process of catching a Pokemon. I sighed crossing my arms over my chest as he acted all high and mighty. Once he realized that I really wasn't listening, he sighed, "Here, I'll give you these. Good luck..." he said as he handed me five Poke Balls. I smiled hugging him, "Thanks."
Once he left I smiled over at Armor, "Okay bud. Let's get to wor
Good as Gold- Nuzlocke Challenge Part 2Cherrygrove City- Part 1
We walked into Cherrygrove, a level higher and with a new move, Armor was definitely feeling big headed at this moment. I laughed at him and continued, being surprised by a loud man running up to me.
He was really a nice guy, but still surprising. He laughed and showed me around Cherrygrove until he brought us to his house and gave us a gift of running shoes. I smiled thanking him very much before I went to the Poke Center to heal up Armor quickly before I continued on my way.
Before I could leave the city the same man came running up behind me, scaring me again as he laughed in amusement giving me an app for my Pokegear, a map. I smiled and thanked him, commenting on how the gifts were almost worth all the heart attacks he gave me. That made the man throw his head back laughing heartily before he waved me off. I rolled my eyes and continued my way onto Route 30.

Hi. My name is Avery Cross, I'm eighteen years old and starting my Pokemon journey. I know the age is supposed to be ten years old and such, but honestly, I was just a child at ten. I wanted to finish my homeschooling and wanted to mature some before I actually went out on my own. Now I'm ready to go out on my journey in Johto. This is my story and I hope that it's worth while. I hope that I can be a great Pokemon trainer just like dad told me I could be before he died in the war against team rocket three years ago.
New Bark Town- Part 1
Morning in New Bark Town. Mom had woke me up early excited about my first day of being a Pokemon trainer.
Heart of Black- Nuzlocke Challenge Part 8Nacrene City-Part 2
After all of that training and most of my team evolving including Plushie I left the outer Pinnwheel Forest back to Nacrene City. I turned to take my team to the gym. I had to ask around for its location and was surprised to learn it was in the museum. Oh well. I shrugged and walked toward the gym, only to be stopped by N. I went rigid the moment I saw him, backing up as I watched him. I felt he was dangerous, who would agree with Team Plasma the people who attacked innocent pokemon.
I frowned as he approached me, he got close, very, very close.. I couldn't help the blush that I felt on my cheeks as he slid his hand along my jawline, holding me face to keep my eyes on him. He asked me if I wanted to see a world where pokemon were perfect. I frowned, "No... pokemon are just like people.... no one will ever be perfect..." I said firmly pushing his hand off of me. N frowned shaking his head, "I expected more from you..." was all he said before he sent out h
Heart of Black- Nuzlocke Challenge Part 7Nacrene City/ Outer Pinwheel forest-Part 1
Upon entering the city I was met by Cheren, he wrapped his arms around me telling me he had heard about Torch, and that he was so sorry about it. I thanked him for his kindness, though bringing her up again made me feel hallow all over again. He walked with me to the pokemon center and gave me some Chesto Berries, warning me to train up before facing the gym leader.
I nodded and sighed deciding to take Prophecy to find a new team mate though it hurt so bad to think that I may be replacing my dear little monkey. I was met with a little Tympole, flopping around a bit helplessly. I couldn't help but smile at him though I knew he was still wild so I decided to take it easy having fisher give him a simple tackle before I switched to Prophecy for some real training. At half way down I used a poke ball watching it carefully before he stopped struggling against it and accepted me as his trainer, making me smile.
I named him Yasuo whi
