So... Despite my best intentions, I didn't manage to update my journal this year until now. Wow. I'm such a lazy bum.It has been a busy year for me. Since October 1st, 2007, i've been working as a Document Conversion Specialist for the National Adult Literacy Database (NALD). NALD is a not-for-profit organisation and doesn't pay much, but its a job that i enjoy and can finally sort of use my french degree for. Basically, the job entails converting hard copy and pdf documents into W3C XHTML1.0 Strict (accessable to the blind) web page documents and making the original pdfs (adobe files) accessable.
