My last-minute entry for Ampraeh's contest! ♡
It took me super long, I had the hardest weeks because of my three project classes. Endless homework, if I must say.
Oh and, this is the most complex illustration study of mine so far, so I spent too much time trying to learn how to draw nature and stuff OTL. I'm kind of satisfied with the result but yeah, it could be better if I had more time. F2U Kaomoji | Lying Down _(:3J L)_ | iikao #1 

Anyway, here's the story. Lil (the little girl on the bubble) is a fairy, last of her kind. Her species is extinct, so she doesn't really have someone to talk to, so she just wanders in the wilds. One day she came across Velouett, the mythical Nymph, who is said to grant a wish of you if you are lucky enough to find her.

"...Are you a fairy?" Lil asked.
"Yes."
"Can you fly?"
"Yes, if I need to."
"Where are your wings?"
So the waterfalls started to transform, six masses of water approached Velouett, and formed a pair of beautiful water wings on her back.

Lil, distinctly fascinated, started asking a million questions; just to get more amazed by every single one of her answers.
At the end, Velouett once again asked what was her wish.

  "...My wish?"
Velouett nodded.
Lil didn't even think about it.
"Can I stay with you, here?"
