Panda Polar Cub

It was panda day and someone decided to dress up Pavel in a panda attire in the most babyish way possible. From the onsie to the thick panda theme diapers. Must of been sneaked from the west. Pavel of course hates the attire and feel embarrassed about the poofy diaper! And the worse part is, he's not even a PANDA BEAR! He's a POLAR bear! Capitalism must of delusion the commies since they don't seem to understand the difference.

March 16th of Panda day and I had this really silly idea of my adopted OC, Pavel, to be on this attire. Also gave me the chance to redesign too since I'm lazy with the hat.
