(PC) Definitely Not Swim Diapers

Belle Lune decided to go for a swim! But she needed protection, so she opted for her new Swim diapers to purchased ahead of time! However, the diapers were in fact diapers as they adsorbed all the water in the public pool, leaving her standing there is huge waterlogged diaper! False advertising much?

Overdue commission for @SVTPuffedUp . I don't think I did the best job at this as making waterlogged Pull-Ups isn't the easiest and comes put weird. But I hope I did okay.
