Description

1. feathery sea weevil: or the Goliath feathery sea weevils are the biggest and heaviest of all sea weevils, Like whales or other large marine animals, they are filter feeders, they have a modified feathery feature on their frontal appendages that allows them to catch plankton and other microorganisms. unlike others, once the appendages are full, they'll snatch them by scooping up their appendages into its mouth and pulling the appendages back to catch up more microorganisms.

2. Spider-faced Sea weevil: or Spider sea weevils are the biggest and the most intelligent of all predatory sea weevils and the rest of the caricetans, their ancestor's evolved its eyes (or more specifically its Principal eyes) facing forwards giving it their spider-like appearance in the organism's face and giving them an excellent vision (even at darkness) and when it comes to intelligence comes a pod of them, the pods can be around 3 - 7 or more. like orcas, each pod consists of a female lead and mostly hunt in packs, unlike orcas, they mostly hunt at night or at dusk since they mostly relay on vision, spider sea weevils can communicate via sign language, some can use tools, recognize themselves through a mirror and solve problems more than humans and can even recognize anything citron/sophont related things (letters, words, etc..)

3. Spearshrimp: Spearshrimps are a type of sea weevils that take nieces in the depths of the ocean between 1000 - 5000m or deeper (somewhere between bathypelagic (midnight zone) and Aybyssopelagic (the aybyss) ) like certain deep sea creatures, spearshrimps uses its bioluminescent tips of their frontal appendages to lure prey and find mates. once the prey approaches the bait, the organism will Pierce its prey at a high speed and feed on it bit by bit, Earning the name "spear" on it due to its hunting technique.

4. The Dolphin sea weevil: they are solitary predators about as big as Great white sharks and are one of the largest predatory sea weevils out there next to the spider-faced sea weevil. They primarily live and hunt in the ocean, they'll sometimes migrate to lakes mainly during the breeding season similar to salmon (not because these sea weevils are semelparous, they can go through multiple breeding seasons)

5. Tusky sea weevil: or known as the blue tusky sea weevil are solitary and small bodied creatures that are equipped with appendages facing forward rather than backwards, this is something unusual in sea weevils and other certain caricetans, giving it its elephant tusk-like feature in its serrated appendages. Though they mostly scavenge on large bodied organisms, they are also active hunters.

6. Pincermouth: or known as freshwater pincermouth sea weevil are small freshwater dwellers (or partially the Smallest of all sea weevils) that inhabit lakes and rivers, though related to Spearshrimps, they evolved a pincer-like mouth to grasp and devour prey instead of catching and paralyzing it (also lacking venom whatsoever), though blind, its appendages are mostly used for sensitivity and are one of the known order of sea weevils to have electroreceptors.

7. Ground lobster: Ground lobsters aren't actually lobsters, but these hunters can have the ability to camouflage by burrowing (not completely) themselves in seafloor nearby rocks and vegetation (or just near vegetation) they rely mostly on sight, they have thick appendages that can hold their prey with such speed and strength that the prey cannot escape, the organism may lack some of the venom in its mouth, but the strong grappling appendages are the ones to mostly worry about. Individual citrons who experienced it may have lost a limb or worse such as death.

so yeah.. this is the size chart of the sea weevil order "thalassacurcuilola"
