Owen the Pooh cast meme

So backstory: Disney's adaptation of Winnie the Pooh was one of my earliest hyperfixations as a small kid, so even to this day still have a soft spot for the series, with its movies and the 80s show in particular. Gotta say it's really funny timing given Piglet's Big Game randomly became a meme weeks ago.

So watch me cross one hyperfixation with another out of sheer lols. I know a few of these are a bit of a stretch (namely Roo, Owl, and Gopher were the ones I really took a long time considering) but I think you can kind of understand why they work to some level in terms of personality and dynamics. I also did consider a recast over a decade ago but it never got off the ground. Owen, Piglet, and Eeyore were the same I think but the rest were either undecided or different to what was here but not the most satisfactory.

Winnie the Pooh - Owen

Piglet - Cameron

Tigger - Izzy

Eeyore - Noah

Kanga - DJ's Mom

Roo - DJ

Rabbit - Courtney

Owl - Chris McLean

Gopher - MK

Christopher Robin - Junior
