I'm not huge on sweets, but a high cocoa percentage dark is quite nice.
When feeling the pull of chocolate, a square of bitter dark in a steaming hot, strong coffee is the way to start a cold day.
Your preference and time to imbibe?

Dark chocolate, preferably the expensive stuff, and usually as some kind of treat for doing something I don't want to do at work. :D

Hopefully your furry cliental doesn't catch wind of that, the thought of them using positive reinforcement treat training would make for one weird day.  (Or a series of very strangely themed renders.)

Some of the humans attached to the furry ones know the secret. :D I get frequent gifts of cookies, fudge, brownies, and occasional Starbucks cards come holiday time. I think I'd have to quit immediately and go into retirement if the dogs started giving me treats, though!

They are imported from Vietnam here; the package says "dried banana", but dried banana is like banana crisps that are added to nuts or muesli... Here's what the package looks like:

I think they can be smoked at home on a grill or something, it just probably will take a lot of time.

I think the Pacific Ocean Marketplace has those... I might even be brave enough to give them a try.

They are actually very nice and apparently even have health benefits, according to some wellness websites =)
