I did this over the weekend, before everything blew up and went off to hell in a handbasket. Meaning before a simple errand turned into an all-day ordeal involving a broken truck, two tow trucks, and many, many hours of waiting. Which, by the way, all comes with a thousand dollar price tag.
Opal is one of those characters I looked at and thought "maybe." Then she went on a good enough sale and I got her. (Incidentally, thanks to the lousy weekend, she was part of my last purchase for a very long time.) And now, true to my usual form, I really love this character! I wish I'd gotten her sooner, but not really, because after all the discounts and stuff, she was really cheap. But I got to looking at her and decided to recreate a photo I did ages ago for the studio. shockbrothersstudio.com/galler…
This one came out more sad than the real one, but I like it. And of course, Opal doesn't have a migraine like the poor model did, and she isn't trying to choke the life out of her sword, either.
She is, however, regretting the loss of her youth and the ability to swing that sword.

don't ask where that sword came from, I don't remember

Daz Studio 4.9, Iray, Photoshop CC (Barely! Just to intensify the shadows a bit, and frame the thing.)
And PS--that's with spectral rendering turned on.
