Dream

Just like Celestia I kind of imagine Luna as the moon in a physical form. While the night sky and moon represent her, the moon also controls the tides. I tried to capture all these ideas into a dream-like feel, since dreams are also part of her domain.

Also, water is super hard . ___ . and I find her bib annoying to do...always makes her neck look longer than it is.
