TERMS OF SERVICE
- these commissions are personal use only.
- I do not allow using my art for NFT/blockchain.
- I do not allow using my art to train AI or for machine learning
Models for purposes of image generation.
- I retain the rights to my art, including the right to use it for portfolio purposes. Commissioner may request artwork to stay private (not published anywhere) for 50% of commission value. Commissioner can choose to stay anonymous in art credits for no additional fee.
- refunds are not available for commissioned work.
- commissions are delivered only in digital form.
- commissions will have previews sent for revision purposes on the rough sketch stage for sketch comms, and for finished pieces on sketch+lineart stage.
- commissioner is not allowed to alter the artwork without my consent  (crops for pfps/ non-commercial banners are allowed).
- commissioner will be sent watermarked and not version of finished art. Commissioner agrees to not redistribute/post on social media
Non-watermarked version of art (but are free to post watermarked version).


IMPORTANT
- turnaround: max 2 months but I will try to finish it within one month.
- in order to reserve a slot, a commissioner needs to send a filled form via notes/chat
- please prepare clear references beforehand (only send me a version of character you'd like me to draw) and/or mention important details while ordering.
Don't show me different references with different looks of character, unless you'd like to have drawn hairstyle from reference #1 with outfit from ref #2 or it's used to show the details.
- if character has different forms/outfits, please state clearly in which one you'd like to have them drawn.
- I have a full rights to refuse taking a commission if it's making me uncomfortable
- payments in USD. Paypal/KO-FI  only. I only use invoices sent to Paypal email. I will never send you link/or ask to pay via send option.
- I keep the right to draw other things between drawing commissions for the sake of my mental health

- anthro
- OCs/ FCs/ OCxcanon/ yumexcanon (if are not including my oshis),
- closed species
- bl/gl

I WON'T DRAW
- detailed robotic body parts
- complex patterns (will be skipped or simplified)
- real life people
- some fandoms...
- obese characters
- from description. it's not a design commission (halfbody refs are ok for this type of comm!)
