You see, upon seeing Zoroark's design, it reminded me of this one birthday present my sister once got. It was a creepy goth Barbie named Mari. She ended up cutting off all of Mari's hair. I then noted that it only made Mari look even more goth- and even more creepy.

So therefore, Barb here is a Zoroark with a shaved head because she's a creepy goth.
