This man may or may not be a bit OP since I'm a piece of shit lol. Probably not lol.

Phineas Rook's Stand, [THE SONG WITH FIVE NAMES] allows him to rewind time for himself like a VHS tape, allowing him to create multiple timelines and escape the impossible.
Range: 2 meters.
Limits: He can only rewind time a certain amount, that being about two hours. He can only rewind one person at a time, that mostly being himself.

SUBSTAND: [SOAPBOX TAO] is Phineas's substand, taking the form of a cigarette that he smokes. By smoking it, it can allow him to see these multiple timelines and manipulate them to his will.
Limits: He has to make sure to only shift events around, as getting rid of an event or creating a new event in the timeline will create a paradox and basically destroy the universe.
