So you know what I decided the other day?  My previous journal entry here was going on two years old--and it needed to go away. Sadly, this new entry does not herald a return to keeping track of all things dA though.  I'm pretty bad at keeping up with things (especially lately, gracious) and I still can't browse dA without horrible loading times. Thus!  I would like to post a big thank you to anyone and everyone that has sent me any messages, comments, or favs!!  I appreciate them all, and perhaps someday I will be able to get through my backlog and reply to everything. First, let me say thank you to everyone that voted in the recent Bodyline contest.  It's great that you took time out of your lives to deal with their slow and often overloaded servers to cast your opinions and show your support. Well, the contest is officially closed.  I was extremely gratified and honored to have received the popular vote coming in at 1st and 2nd place.  Holy cow.  o_o  Honestly, I was overwhelmed and moved by these results. Hello all! In the interest of helping a dear friend have access to some cute, classy shoes, I entered the current clothing design contest at Bodyline.  If my designs win, they will go into actual production by the clothing company and I will receive a pair of them as a prize! You see, many of the lolita/punk fashion companies in Japan rarely, if ever, produce their shoes in larger sizes.  The idea is that if my designs win, in order to give me my prize, they will have to produce them in the larger sizes.
