Doctor Rotor is now an enginner who studies Wisps and works for the Restoration.
Inspired by Eggman's creations and robots, he was like "What if I did all of those crazy inventions but for GOOD?!"
He helped Bunnie with her robot limbs and also created Nicole, wich he considers his "daughter" and best creation yet.
The Wisps that Rotor studies also love to help him with his invention, being used as tools to assist him.
The Cube Wisp that he's holding is called Bloxy, she is his faitfhul ally in combat and the creation of Rotor's inventions.
