Ghost Knuckles and Tikal - The Last of Her Kind AU

Basically, Tikal lives in the modern days being part of Team Sonic, guardian the Master Emerald and enjoying adventures with Sonic and Tails.
Knuckles is now the son of Pachacamac and trained to be a great soldier of the Knuckles army, Knuckles ended up becoming a friend of the Chao and Chaos, after he discovered that his father wanted to steal the Master Emerald, he beat Pachacamac in combat and became the new leader of the clan.
Time has passed and the Nocturnus attacked, creating a whole new war against the Knuckles clan and the Nocturnus, during this crisis, Knuckles asked the help of Chaos, wich he then accepts and turns into Perfect Chaos to protect his friend.
The problem was, Perfect Chaos was ended up not controlling his own power because of the massive energy and rage in his heart due to the Nocturnus hurting the Chao, wich makes Perfect Chaos making a good part of the Knuckles Clan and the Nocturnus Clan to be extinct.
Knuckles survived the battle and helped some of the remaining Knuckles Clan soldiers and Nocturnus that were left after the war, after a speech from Knuckles, they reluctantly agreed to work together and form the Knucturne Alliance.
Some time have passed, and seeing that Perfect Chaos was still in rage with the Nocturnus, he decided to seal himself in the Master Emerald with Chaos to protect everyone, but first, he created a tournament to see who would continue to be the leader of the Knucturne Clan, he then loses to Shade the Echidna, who became the new leader of the alliance, Knuckles then seals himself in the Master Emerald along with Chaos.
