Our Snow Goose! Got it while on a guided Goose/Duck hunt. P= The only one we managed to get, but hey, at least we got one! (We only went an hour away from home, too. To the Currituck water area.
Daddy and my first goose ever. Hell, it was my first hunt ever and my dad's first in birds! My dad hasn't even shot dove yet! (That's what we're going to do next until we get good at hitting moving targets)
Now we just don't know how to cook it! If any of you guys know any YUMMY ways to cook Snow Goose, or have any tips for us, please let us now.
