Yeeeeah I'd prefer if you didn't use my ponysona's cutie mark.  I don't mind if you use a modified version of it (like, different coloured feathers or a different pattern of feathers) but please don't just use it exactly as it is.  I mean.  That's my cutie mark, man.  It's my soul or something.
