Leyak II

I was dissatisfied with my previous take so here comes the new version. Some notable things about it include  the face, which is based on a Hatchetfish, a type of really ugly deep sea creature. 

Another thing is how the organs look. Most of their depictions have pretty clean organs, just as the anatomical atlas might convince one they are. In truth, however there is a lot of connective tissue, the intestines are bound by the mesentery, heart hidden within the pericardium etc. Again putting some experiences from work to my art.
