Bio: Harry Mason is a man who lost his wife after finding a lost baby girl on the streets which they named Cheryl. One day Harry decides the two should go on vacation to Silent Hill for a family vacation but on the way a ghostly figure appears in front of them on a road, causing Harry to crash into the town of Silent Hill with his daughter missing. He explores the town of Silent Hill which is filled with disturbing creatures and imagery of horror but Harry will not leave town until he finds his little girl.
Intro: Harry walks in from the darkness with a light and looks around for a bit looking at the opponent.

“I can't leave the town consumed by darkness. I have to find my daughter!"
“Calm down we don’t have to fight, I just want to find my daughter!”

Down Angled-Heavy (Ground Only): Finisher Kick
Harry will do a low kick which isn’t anything special but does small damage and hits off the ground.
Forward-Heavy (Ground Only): Kitchen Knife
Harry will bring out a kitchen knife and then slashes it outwards in front of him, which does decent damage and is best used in the middle of combos before performing a launcher.

Down-Forward-Attack (Can also be done in the air): Firearms
Harry will bring out a firearm and then fires a shot. On the ground Harry will aim forwards while in the air he’ll aim downwards at an angle which hits off the ground.
Light is a simple Handgun that does decent damage and mashing the attack button has Harry fire three more shots.
Medium is a Shotgun which is best used up close as it does more damage and causes a hard knockdown, the air version of this attack causes a ground bounce.
Heavy is a Hunting Rifle which does decent damage up close but from far away it does greater damage and causes a wall bounce. The air version of this attack causes a ground bounce.

Forward-Down-Forward- Light: Steel Pipe
Harry will bring out a steel pipe and then swings it downwards a few times, a good anti-air air move considering the range of the pipe; it hits twice and can be useful for juggling.

Forward-Down-Forward- Medium: Hammer
Harry will bring out a long hammer and then slams it downwards which hits overhead, also a good anti-air attack due to the length of the hammer, it hits off the ground and causes a ground bounce.

Forward-Down-Forward- Heavy: Axe
Harry will bring out a large axe and then swings it outwards, it comes out a little slow but it does great damage and causes a wall bounce.

Down-Backward-Light: Health Drink
Harry will consume a Health Drink to restore some health.

Down-Backward-Medium: Rock Drill
Harry will bring out a rock drill and then thrusts it forwards while it drills around, this attack this multiple times and can be followed up with any combo afterwards.

Down-Backward-Heavy: Chemical Acid
Harry will drop some chemical acid at the ground which burns the floor for a small period of time. It gives the opponent chip damage if they stand over it.

Down-Forward-Attack X2: Chainsaw
Harry will bring out a chainsaw and revs it up saying “I’m not afraid of you!” before rushing forward and slashing at the opponent with the chainsaw, doing multiple hits and damage on contact.

Down-Backward-Attack X2: Silent Hill
Harry will look around as a siren goes off as he says “No…not now!” As the entire the entire background gets covered in fog while the floor becomes rusted for a small period of time. While simply a change of scenery; this move allows Harry to have access to two new special moves, here is what they are:
Down-Backward-Special: Lost In The Fog
Harry will turn to run away from danger by running into the fog behind him but instead he’ll come out of the fog behind the opponent instead making this a teleport move.
Backwards-Down-Backwards-Attack: Creatures
Harry will turn around and dodge as a creature from Silent Hill comes out and attacks the opponent, the button differs what kind of monster would come out.
Light: An Air Screamer would come in and basically swoops past the opponent similar to one of Strider’s special moves. Comes out very fast.
Medium: A Grey Chid will come in and slash at the opponent with its knife.
Heavy: A Mumbler comes in and jumps at the opponent to pin them to the floor for a small period of time.
This Super Move lasts for 12 seconds.

Forward-Down-Forward-Attack X2 (Level 3): The Flauros
Harry will say “I'm done with this!” as he goes to fire his handgun at the opponent, if he connects a cutscene will occur.
The opponent will be knocked back by the gunfire as Harry digs into his pocket saying “Huh?” as he then suddenly brings out the Flauros that glows in a blue aura with him saying “What’s happening?” as it then begins to float upwards, glowing bright and brighter until it shoots a blue beam at the opponent, doing instant heavy damage as Harry jumps back and thus ending the super.
The opponent is left in a crumple state afterwards.

Victory Pose: Harry wipes his head before suddenly sirens goes off in the distance as he sees fog coming followed by the radio he is holding creating static, he then runs off.

“I must find Cheryl, no matter what!”
“When will this damn nightmare end?”
“This town has gotten bigger and is making less sense! Is this even Silent Hill anymore?”
(Vs. Chris) “You aren’t new to this kind of thing? Please sir, I can’t be escorted out, my daughter is out there!”
(Vs. Chun-Li) “Forgive me officer, I am truthful that my daughter has been missing since I arrived here, can you help me look for her? Cybil could use the back-up too.”
(Vs. Nemesis) “Just how many more of these monstrosities do I have to deal with?”
(Vs. Frank West) “You had to deal with a town full of monsters too? Is nowhere safe for us?”
(Vs. Self) “I can’t let any more of these nightmares get to me! I must find my daughter!”
Quotes against Harry:
(Deadpool) “Hey I can understand wanting to find your daughter, take it from me. What? You shocked I’m a dad? I’m not joking mister.”
(Ghost Rider) “You do not know of your daughters true origins, stop this quest at once.”
(Rocket Raccoon) “Look you want to search for your little girl I get it but seriously don’t ask me about it! You do realize I’m like from space right?”
(Chris) “Another town filled with monsters? Not made from a virus? Can’t be, I did hear reports of a drug being sold there.”
(Chun-Li) “I’ll help you find your daughter Mr. Mason, but in the meantime stay put, let’s find Officer Bennet and we can search from there.”
(Viewtiful Joe) “I mean really, even with that statement it still feels off, are they saying that guys like you can’t feel weak or worried for a child?”
I know this is from a few years ago, but a correction - in the game universe, the three layers are the Dark World, the Fog World, and a perfectly normal small town that is a thriving tourist spot. Chris wouldn't think it's abandoned.
