DA's art theft flagging system notified me a couple days back that one of my recent art was stolen by one "SavannahGreystone", a dodgy user who's been using other people's art to advertise their non-existent "commission" skills. Art stolen by SavannahGreystone: Original upload: Their entire account was full of stolen art from a variety of artists and sites (DA, Twitter, Furaffinity, Instagram, Tiktok...), as well as AI-generated images, before half of them were gone after I did an audit on all the images and pointed to some of their original sources in the comments section. Unsurprisingly they deleted all my comments then blocked me, but I still have records of the art that were stolen. I'm flattered that they would actually care to steal my art. But that's just pathetic. Probably not the last time I'll bump into a character like that either. I'll be contacting the relevant parties.

Hello. It's been a long time since I posted any journal here. Currently been busy in and out of art. But I'm mostly posting here to update on possible future changes on where I'll be posting. Twitter in particular has been a pain in the ass. It was originally supposed to be a stop gap following Tumblr's NSFW ban before I could find a more permanent Tumblr replacement, while serving as a decent networking platform due to its high traffic. But the site (already merely tolerated due to its terrible phone-centric UI design) has been increasingly difficult to use as it locked out abilities to do anything more than standard browsing, to the point where posting on Twitter is no longer tenable. I currently have a BlueSky account (https://bsky.app/profile/king-kakapo.bsky.social), but I'm still waiting to see if it'll pick up in popularity or suffer the same problems that Pillowfort had. I'm also looking to get my old Subscribestar account (https://subscribestar.adult/kingkakapo) approved
