These are elaborations on stipulations for the use of my resources.
Rules may vary on my resources depending on how much effort I might have put into something, if it is free, or if it is for a small fee. By using my stock you agree to abide by the terms that I set in each file. I reserve the right to change rules, pull down my work, and/or ask you to remove the work that you might do if you violate any terms of use. When I ask you not to redistribute or claim my work as your own, I mean exactly that. I own the copyright, I painted, created, or took pictures of something for your use. I find it rude of people to assume it is okay to claim my work as their own and it is also considered against copyright law to claim it as your own. If I ask you not to use my work for something, or ask that you talk to me first, please respect that. Like I said, I took the time to bring my work to you so that you can use it. These resources are mine. I did not find them on google, I did not take them from someone else. Credit and link back to me ALWAYS like you would any other stock/resource provider.Now that I have repeated myself several times, here is the last stipulation: Have fun and be creative.
Unrestricted Stock Usage is exactly that... They follow basic rules, yanno, credit, link back, etc... but without you needing to ask for things like my permission to post as a print or use in commercial work.
*Update* I am now offering an affordable subscription to some goodies. You must credit me still, but you absolutely may not redistribute. I also offer trades for folks for first dibs on stock images that have not been put up yet.

Do not claim as your own, do not redistribute unless I give express permission
Stock is mostly unrestricted but please do not use my work for nefarious purposes, extreme gore and pornographic materials (as in not tasteful artistic nude). You may use my work unedited only if you are putting words on it, but please put the credit where it can be seen.
You must credit me and link back to the image an my name
You may use for commercial purposes, but please keep the credit in my name.
You must pay $1 only to access more exclusive stock, I only charge that much to help pay for my membership as I am on a fixed income. I am not looking to make a profit, only to sustain.
You may use freely in forums as long as you credit me and link back.
I reserve the right to change rules and stipulations based upon how I think I need to, I reserve the right to ask you to remove my images from your possession if you break the rules.
Each one will have rules for individual use in the image description.
