Hi~ Is there a big difference between gtk3.14 theme and gtk3.16? As I see many themes for 3.14 are broken in 3.16. Since I want to make a theme myself when I get time, I wish to know whether it is so that I can decide whether to learn from scratch or modify an existing one that's for 3.14.
