Turns out that I really like coloring primary color costumes on superheroes.

It has been good to see such a strong following behind a character.

How can I get a non-watermarked version of this?

I would really rather not have a watermark there but too many people have been stealing my artwork.
This year has been filled with alerts of people trying to sell t-shirts with my artwork on it, among other things. I would rather not watermark my stuff, but I get reports like that at least once or twice a week if not running into a problem on my own. It's really made me want to stop posting here or online altogether.

I think you may have done my favourite interpretation of my favourite superhero costume! There is so much good about this, from the detailing on the uniform to the hair and the expression. fantastic!

It's perverted how much I love the look of the hair you use to give her, the texturisation/shading is marvelous. Maybe it's because I have a thing for punk brats, too. :P

Thankfully the writer of this series out a a couple of picture of her preferred Captain Marvel hairstyle, I was able to get a hang of it from there.

I like them both as Captains. Too bad the companies haven't learned how to share.

It's my take on her current costume from the comics, with a few minor tweaks.
The first time I drew my variation was here :pointr: [link].

Actually it is my take on her current costume from the comics, with a few minor tweaks.
The first time I drew my variation was here :pointr: [link]. The chest symbol in that picture was inspired by Captain (Mar-Vell) Marvel's green and silver suit to give a related link to that character but has been changed to her simpler star symbol from the comics here. The black elements of the costume were added to suggest that the costume was built on top of a S.H.I.E.L.D uniform as a friend and I noodled with the idea of making this concept into something a little more real (that's all I can say of that at the moment). The gloves and boots are a further nod to Mar-Vell as well as mixing in a little of Captain America and Black Widow's movie designs. The double lining leading across her chest from the star to the more armored pieces on her shoulders are another attempt to mix movie and comic styles in a functional non-cloth way. And the sash/belt if something sort of borrowed from a amazing artist who can be found on Tumblr :pointr: [link] ... The giant star medallion is, well, I just like drawing stars that way. :)

OH. Wow okay. I'm so sorry.

Now that I'm noticing all of this now, I love the sash!

No need to be sorry.
The goal was to make minor changes while staying true to the source material, if this can be mistaken for what appears in the comics at first glance I can only take that as a compliment.
