*More background complexity: 10$+ depending on the amount of work (but hopefully won't be more than 10$ extra)
*What do I consider a simple background: non buildings, things that can be simulated with color and shades, like trees, water or energy; simple grass fields or sky
*Complex background: if you need to tell me the details of a certain building, describe many of the locations not leave most of the background to my interpretation I'll classify it as complex, it really depends if I'm going to spend a lot of time drawing the background too!
*Character Can be human or Anthro.

Not at the moment, it would requite a lot of time and I don't how much to charge for something like that
But seriously you could charge $80 a page,with some conditions.

Are you looking for,more audience? Then Line Webtoons or Tapas is the best place to more audience! Not only that but you can even get paid from views. Please read this article. I believe it will convince you at least take a look!

Remembered the idea, but could you help me understand the paypal part. (Swear to god most technologically impaired college student ever...)
paypal is just a payment system, which happens to be more easy for online/global things.
you just need to create an account and you can get payments or do payments using it if you load your paypal account with money through a credit card (I think on other countries like the US it's possible with banks or something)
then you just use that money in the paypal account to do payments or send payments to other users;
it's possible for me that way to get money and it will be stored in the paypal account, I don't much much else really, I just use the paypal account to get payments but I've never actually withdraw the founds into actual real currency in my country (I usually lend money to people who needs paypal to do some payment or buy stuff online to convert money to my country currency xd... but now there's a way to get the money out of the account using some service that charges a fee...)

Also I might have to hold off for at least a week because someone broke into my dorm room and I had to change some bank information so yeah. Not much I could do about that...

well in case you decide on something, let me knowI would if i could but i can't. Don't have a paypal and don't see myself getting one any time soon.
ahah that's been my luck so far. don't worry, sadly paypal seems to be one of the widest spread paying methods across the internet
Its not that I don't want a paypal, but I know that once i start I won't be able to stop. "oh some art sounds nice"... "oh the game looks cool"... "oh, that computer on ebay looks great!" oh my poor wallet would be crying.
maybe... it would depend on you I guess xd... but I do used to waste money on Steam games on sale when I have some money on paypal, 60-70% discount were to much to resist!
