Description

Nocte Luna Solis Estates was founded by Eclipse Beatrice in 2014 with the sole purpose to provide a safe haven for all sorts of creatures and humanoids. In doing so the Estates was born. The property itself rests comfortably in the forests of Alaska's wilderness. During the fall and winter months its very cold, and during the spring and summer its quite nice. A Stone wall surrounds the property and often is monitored regularly.

1. Main Entrance -
The Main road leading into the sprawling property is lined with large boulders and plants; once you pass the 9ft brick wall you enter the property and the road is lined with large Oak and Maple trees, their leaves in the autumn often leave you in awe with the gorgeous colors.

2. The Main Office/Guest Services - This building is the main office of the heads of the estates, there is a front desk and parking for guests to come visit. However if you ride to the office theres a tie post for all sorts of creatures. Guests come to this building to sign in and get into contact with the person they are there to visit. If they're looking to have a studding fulfilled they usually will sign the contracts and then go to the guest holding pens near the indoor Arena's.

3. Staff Dorms -
If you become a live in worker or a live in volunteer or if you are there for schooling this is where you will stay during your time. You have your own room, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. This building has enough rooms for up to 150 people. Including the basement there are 4 floors. Pets are allowed.

4. Staff Yard -
If you own a pet and your pet needs to run around without risk of getting mixed up with the dogs and other animals of NLS, your pet can run around here. Just make sure to clean up after your pet please.

5. Normal Feed Storage -
Normal Feed for the animals (Hay, horse pellets, dry dog food, canned food) all are stored here. These sheds are often stocked full and kept organized. Regularly there is a tally of how much there is of everything. Staff are allowed to take things out but must document everything.

6. Holding Pens -
There are 4 holding pens in total on the property. 2 near the indoor Arena that is used by guests, and 2 by the round pens which are privately used by members of NLS. NLS often does their private studding/collection here and so they are hidden from public eye.

7. Round Pens -
The round pens are used for training in lunging, teaching the animals to accept tack or riders, or just used as a cooldown area after an event/ride. The walls are high enough that none of the land creatures can jump over the wall.

8. Dark Night Kennels -
This is the official kennel building for Dark Night Kennels. The dogs of DNK are housed here. The kennel runs are each well decorated for the individual animals needs. Stocked with comfy bedding, high walls, and each kennel has a door to lead them outside to the fenced in yard perfect for the dogs. Dog aggressive dogs do not have access to the open yard and get individual time outside. The yard itself has a shed perfect for the dogs to be able to seek shelter when its too hot, too cold, or raining/storming.

9. Indoor Arenas -
The public has access to these arenas, one area is used for Show Jumping and Free Jumping, the other is used for Miscellaneous events. Right outside of the arenas there are two holding pens for Studding services or for competitors waiting to compete. The guest parking extends to near the indoor arenas.

10. Shedu-Cat Boxes -
These boxes are each built with reinforced concrete walls, thick metal doors, and barred windows. However they are modified to be able to be more relaxed with security with the more trustworthy cats. When the cats are not locked up, they are welcomed to roam the estates as long as they are wearing their tracking colors. If they approach the edges of their allowed zone their collar buzzes signalling they are to back off. The cat boxes have different toys, comfortable bedding, and some things to climb on for each cat. Each box is equipped with cameras to monitor the cats.

11. Shedu Cub Yard -
This is where the shedu cubs are allowed to run around before they start their training and learn how to be allowed to roam the property. The handlers they are assigned to often spend most of their time here with the cubs. Desensitizing them as best they can for the future years.

12. Outdoor Arenas -
The outdoor arenas are used mainly by the Estates staff for training. The Jumps and other obstacles are able to changed up and increased in difficulty or height for the different ride-able species.

13. Stallions Pasture -
Most of the Stallions are welcomed in this pasture, the stallions that arent are typically the ones that are more aggressive. The more aggressive ones get private pasture times when the others may be off somewhere else or later in the day.

14. Stable 1 *Specialty Mounts* -
Horses or Other creatures that are winged or have some sort of unique mutations (Not limited to horns, cloven hooves, cat like features, etc. AKA Non Natural Animals) Are housed here with specific accommodations for each. Mixed genders are housed in the same building. Each stall has access to outside during the day and the gate is closed once it gets dark.

15. Mares/Geldings Pasture -
The pasture for non-nursing mares and geldings. This pasture is far enough away from the stallions pasture that there is no risk for accidental breedings. Geldings who havent been a gelding for long are often left in the stallions pasture for up to 6 months after being gelded to prevent those rare chance breedings.

16. Pregnant Mares/Nursing Mares and Foals Pasture -
This pasture is somewhat smaller than the other pastures, here is where foals that are nursing or pregnant mares are moved to. Its monitored with cameras and spacious enough to give them room to roam but secured and safe enough the foals wont get hurt.

17. Foaling/Birthing Boxes -
These Boxes are for Foaling and Birthing of Shedus, Canines, and Equines. They are heavily monitored and have multiple systems in place to make sure the offspring is healthy along with the health of the mother. They have access to outside through a gate and its opened each day by the handlers and closed at night. Each box have 4 cameras set up to view inside and outside.

18. Stable 2 *Classic Mounts* -
The Natural horses or horses without physical mutations. The set up for these horses are slightly more lax than stable 1 but everything else is the same as stable 1.

19. Cross Country Trail -
This trail is the only other way outside of the property. To leave using the trail you follow it to the wall, in which you enter a code on the large metal gate and your allowed outside. The Gate shuts automatically as the last person leaves. To enter you must re enter the security code. The trail is at its longest point 10 miles. Mile markers and signs show you where to go. The farther out you go the more difficult it gets.

20. Guest Parking / Trailer Parking -
This is where guests can park or if theres not very many guests or its traveling day this is where trailers can be parked.

21. Refrigerated Food Lockers - This is where the meats for the raw fed meat eaters. The bins are labeled with what kind of prey it is and what animals get it. Must be logged each time someone removes an item.

22. The Death Scar -
This is where the Estates Protector - Korol' Smerti resides. He will emerge from the scar and it will close, he roams the estates protecting it from outside evils. He is on a contract and when his contract is up he will leave. Until then he stays. When he is "home" in his scar it is opened up and glowing, resembling a fissure from Fallout 76.
