So I got this colourful Pokemon so I had a bit of fun with it. Didn't see too many ultra wormhole like background so came up with a subdued one and some sparkles cause I like sparkles.
I rather like how the head came out, it gave me a little issues with shape during the value shading part, but worked out in the end
