KEN - TERRY BOGARD

This is hard crashing me every time I go to pick Ken in costume 1. Now, I'm running Super SF4 with Ultra downloaded after the fact. And I move every file into his proper resource location except for the JPEG art file. Am I doing something wrong or could you trouble-shoot me through this?
