Torchwood Rift Town, 1901

Artwork used for a cover of a mock-up of a penny dreadful published in 1901, based on three characters in a "Doctor Who Adventures In Time and Space" RPG adventure I played last weekend. Rift Town, located at East End of London, is a slum area where tens of thousands of alien refugees that came through the Rift have made their home.
