Description
Turn my eyes from looking at worthless things; and give me life in your ways. (Psalm 119:37)
I’m the worst at staring at my phone, usually at meaningless stuff. And I know i am not alone in this struggle. With so many apps, texting, and social media platforms to distract us, we have a daily battle to focus on what’s important. I hope this quick painting is an encouragement for you to be mindful of the meaningless stuff we look at every day. (Ironically, I’m posting this from my phone haha)

Those who suffered so painfully that it feels unbearable cannot find ways to amend it.
Instead, they lash out at others, even on the Internet, prying for supremacy, a place in the world. How did we, human beings, become shaped like killers? I blame the very things that we thought could discipline us, but instead drives us to hate each other.
The effects of trying to be disciplined, to be the "Golden Child", is what happens if we force our expectations too far.
