There has been quite a bit of controversy surrounding Ben’s characterization in season 3 of Alien Force onward. Ben is criticized for downgrading as a character, and just generally being written much worse than he was in the previous two seasons. Although there is definitely a shift in the way his character is presented, I would like to go over the why - aside from the writers’ decision to make him “more like his ten year old self”, which seems to be what the majority conclude his later characterization to. Misconceptions About Ben Tennyson

Does Ben deserve to be called a “player”? Did he really cheat on his girlfriend? My motivation for writing this is not to defend the idea of shipping Ben with a billion female characters at once, no shade if that is your thing. Hello, internet users! I'm just an up and coming DeviantArtist on the scene. A little about myself...Case Closed (known elsewhere in the world as "Detective Conan") is my favorite series. I used to watch reruns of the Funimation dub on Adult Swim on late nights. I got around to creating my own OC (original character) based off the likeness of Genta Kojima (or "George Kaminski" in the dub). I plan on incorporating him into large-scale collaborations in the future. That's about it for now.
