I have this particular piece - I'm not sure if you sell them, or gave it away originally, but through a series of trades I now own it. And let me tell you, I cherish it. I don't know if you sign your pieces, but I really do love it. The previous owner tried to "trade" it back, but I said no way! It's mine, and I treasure your work. So proud to have one of your pieces. ]

Awesome technique!. Assuming you layered your painting alongside the layers of resin. So wonderful. Can't imagine how much time it took.

At first I thought you were laying down each individual layer to build up each fish, like 3D printing. But, upon closer inspection, it looks a bit more like 2D painting of fish at different levels in epoxy. Is that right, or does each fish have a full 3D profile?

No plan to sell them just yet. As I'm currently working on a new series for a show next year.

Hmm.. I'm not sure to understand exactly, is the box "fake" too or is it only he water and fishes ? And is it possible to observe the realistic effect from several different angles or not? Anyway, that's a pretty awesome work :)

It would be Nice and interesting to make one that integrate a detail as a fictitious element, something inconsistent, absurd, singular or unreal.
For exemple, in this one, I would find it interesting too if there were a fish making cubic bubles or something definitively impossible.
