Chimera and Captain Creativity
Happy Birthday Shadowofjustice123. I hope you don't mind me posting this the evening before your birthday. I'm pretty busy tomorrow morning so I thought I post it now! Enjoy your story!
High in the atmosphere was SHIELD flying HQ. Only the best of the best got to join Nick Fury's elite team. In one wing of the flying headquarters, several unknown heroes were going through basic training to see if they made the cut.
On the other end were the prison cells for the most dangerous individuals on the planet. One cell held a young woman with vibrant red hair and royal purple streaks that matched her eyes. There was no denying the female was hot. Her immaculate alabaster skin, hourglass figure, and well-endowed chest. Yep, she was, without a doubt, desirable.
However, right now, she appeared bored. She despised her prisoner uniform, which didn't flatter her figure. "Ugh! Couldn't they at least come up with something fashionable for us to wear?" she muttered as she continued to file her

Holiday Stories Feedback 4
🌿 Mother’s Day vs Father’s Day — A Thematic Comparison Across My Stories
Across my Mother’s Day and Father’s Day one-shots, I noticed something interesting I didn’t fully see at first while writing them: they aren’t just holiday stories. They’re two different emotional languages for exploring family, love, and responsibility.
On the surface, both sets of stories are about parents and children celebrating a shared day. But underneath that, they explore two very different emotional truths about family.
🌸 Mother’s Day: Love as Belonging and Emotional Grounding
In my Mother’s Day stories, the emotional center is almost always belonging.
These stories tend to focus on families that already exist emotionally, even if they are complicated, unconventional, or socially judged. The tension usually doesn’t come from whether the family is real—it comes from the outside world, personal healing, or identity struggles that try to challenge that bond.
Characters like Nerissa and Caleb

Soul Exchange
While Magnus Chase and his friends set up the Chase Space to help homeless kids, something unprecedented was happening in the dark depths of the Nine Realms.
An unknown individual had sent Odin a message via his ravens. The message was short and to the point: it asked Odin to meet this unknown person at a secret location to talk.
The one-eyed founder of Hotel Valhalla quickly made his way to the secret location, only to be shocked that Freya and Frey were there as well!
“What brings two Vanir gods here?” Odin asked, raising an eyebrow as he looked from one sibling to the other. “I thought this meeting was just for me!”
“We don’t know ourselves, great Odin,” Frey replied with a slight shrug, brushing back his golden-blond bangs from his handsome eyes.
“Well, this better not be another stupid attempt to get me to marry a giant!” Freya groaned, rolling her eyes. “Ugh! I’ve gotten so tired of that!”
“Do not fret, lovely Freya. I’ve made sure no one outside the four of us

Book Club 22
It was bitterly cold outside the Jasmine Dragon, but inside the renowned tea shop, it was toasty warm. Most people had come for more than tea—the Jasmine Dragon had become a neighborhood warming shelter during this brutal weather.
Akanke had brought her family after their home had grown too cold. She now helped the shop’s proprietor, Iroh, and his family make sure everyone had warm blankets and clothes to get through the night. The scent of warm tea and freshly baked pastries filled the air, mingling with the faint tang of melting snow from people’s coats and boots.
Meanwhile, her children—Ari, Aang, and her son’s partner, Zephyr—were tucked into a corner beneath thick wool blankets. With little else to do, they began discussing the book series Akanke had been reading to them. A few snack crumbs dotted the corner, and a small lantern cast a warm glow across the trio as they huddled together.
The series, The Land of Stories, followed twins Alex and Conner Bailey as they

Out of this World
It was a warm spring day in Coolsville. The Mystery Inc. gang was chilling at their local hangout. For once, they weren't attempting to unravel any mysteries or deal with the paranormal. Nope, they're just relaxing at the malt shop.
It was nice to be in their hometown without dealing with outlandish individuals in disguises. Or the occasional authentic monsters. Just four friends and one goofy talking dog. The gang seemed to be thinking of what to do to stop stumbling on all these mysteries that nearly ended with them getting killed.
Three of the four members of Mystery Inc. were humming while filling out applications for various schools to enroll in the fall—Daphne for the Fashion Institution of Technology in New York. Fred was applying to Berkeley, and Velma was trying to get into MIT.
Only Shaggy wasn't filling out a college application. He, again, was a simple guy with simple needs. All he ever wanted was all he could eat. However, it didn't mean he wasn't a bit depressed that

Livid
Rose Long sat in her living room, livid on her mother, Iris's behalf. Her husband Jake had taken their two children camping for the weekend. Which sadly meant no cell services. Rose didn't want to burden her husband with her rage.
Her parents, Garrett and Iris, divorced when she was in middle school. Part of the divorce settlement was that Garrett was to give his ex-wife half his pension.
Her parents had been fighting over the issue for the better part of the last year. Her dad was making so many excuses and being a jackass in general. What he had done today made Rose beyond livid on her mother's behalf.
After months of therapy, Rose's relationship with her mother slightly improved. The past abuse was by no means forgotten. However, Rose and Iris had reached a point where they could talk respectfully.
Anyhow, last night, Rose had a sudden inkling that she had to call her father. Whom she mainly was no contact with. When she called him, he let slip that he planned to drop the case

The Penguin had once owned the Iceberg Lounge. However, by 2074, ownership had transferred to a distant relative—the Penguin's great-something nephew.
Unfortunately, none of the patrons who came to the Lounge cared enough about the genealogy of Gotham's infamous criminal family tree.
They just appreciated the Lounge was still one of the most incredible adult nightclubs. The teens had their hot spots, but for adults?
It'd always been The Iceberg Lounge. You did have to be eighteen or older to enter. Yet they still wouldn't serve alcoholic drinks to anyone below twenty-one.
Currently, two female college students sat at a table nearest to the synthetic iceberg. They happily enjoyed the seals frolicking about in the water.
At the same time, the curly-haired blond seemed delighted to be dressed up. Her black hair green-eyed companion certainly did not.
The blond wore a light green dress with bell sleeves and a Bardot neckline. Her makeup and accessories were both flawless. Her

Farewell, Hagrid
A story such as this needs to be told.
Both to the young and the old.
About a priceless friend to the very end.
The school shall not be the same
Without anyone saying his name
He may have been a half-giant
But his heart was as big as he was tall.
Kindness like no other.
Particularly to his little brother.
For every beast, no matter how big or small.
A heart so bold and true.
What will we do
Without a loyal friend like you?
We shall miss you every day.
It is such a sad sight.
To know you've faded away.
But you'll forever be a part.
Of every heart, you've touched.
No matter what.
You shall be remembered forever.
So rest in peace, Hagrid.
Our dear, dear friend.
This is not the end.
Until we meet again.

Epilogue
Welcome to the end of Shadow Falls. I'll be sure to write a follow-up to this story someday. But when that will be, I don't know. But I hope everyone who read this story this year has enjoyed it as much as I've enjoyed writing it! Have a nice day!
The double wedding of Ryan Warren and Cory Larson to their beautiful brides was the most magical event since Selene and Miles's wedding. Everyone who had helped assemble Miles and Selene's wedding somehow helped with the double wedding. All the teens and college students were members of the wedding party. They'd even donated their time and energy to make this a memorable day. They didn't have a solid theme, so it was a mixed theme for all four of their dream weddings.
The wedding party themselves had decided what to wear and what colors. So, while it may have been a mishmash, it was still one unique wedding no one would ever forget. Candy and Judy gave outstanding speeches to welcome their new female family members. They also set aside a

This is my third-one shot for my friends. Again I'm doing a series of one-shots for my friends. This is my third one-shot for my friend Jimelization. So I hope you all enjoy it. Please note this my idea based on her work so if some things don't match her stories its because I thought of them before she wrote them. So it's not exactly what she had in mind but enjoy it all the same.
It had now been twenty-eight years since Julian and Nerissa had first met a Mackenzie Falls. When they first fell hopelessly, breathlessly and recklessly in love.
How quick the time had gone by. A lot of trials and tribulations had the couple had gone through. Heartbreak on both sides, and yet now they're finally together.
They'd a lot to be proud of and a few things they weren't. Nerissa still regrets how blind she been in the past. How she let her dreams of power prevent her from having a proper relationship with her husband and son.
How much she missed out because of some

Session 3
Kelsey returned to her weekly session with Deanna Troi. The half-Betazoid could tell the young woman had had another stressful week. She gently asked what had happened since their last appointment, taking their seats.
"I wrote a lot over the weekend. I was quite happy about it. However, when Monday came around? All that happiness went out the window."
"Any particular reason?"
Sighing, she spoke in a weary voice, "Have you ever felt that no one family or friends truly care about your feelings? Do you know what its like to hear the word 'busy constantly?" That no one can take five minutes out of their day to return a message?
How hurtful it is when no one even asks once in a while how are you? If your okay? Do you know what its like to question if you even have friends?"
"I can imagine at times, its rather difficult to define what friendship is to someone. Or if people are even aware, their actions are hurtful to someone else."
"If I may be frank? I've never once been able to

What the hair?!
A week had passed since Cassandra returned to Corona. The clans were getting along quite nicely, and the cousins were no exception. They're virtually glued to each other.
Currently, the trio was in the conservatory. Opal stood demonstrating her musical talent to her cousins. Her grandmother, Selena's occupation back home, was the Princess of the Arts.
Meaning everything in that domain was hers to instruct and enrich the lives of Stormhold. The twins listened with rapture as Opal skillfully played her woodwind instrument. Again, everyone lost in its enthralling melody. But, once again, Opal glowed brilliantly as she played.

"Well, we both did inherit our mother's creative aptitudes, Opal," confirmed Dawn before moving over to a concealed object.

Who Let the Cats Out?
The copper-colored sun ascended toward the morning skies, showering the utopian municipality Crystal Tokyo in its tender, life-giving radiance.
The cornflower heavens remained devoid of any clouds. Honestly a perfect June day. Gazing out of a single diamond turret of the Crystal Palace stood three little kittens.
The oldest was an ebony female with snow-white ears, tail, and feet. Her ruby orbs looked striking as her gold collar where the letter "C" dangled.
The middle child, and only male, had the reverse coloring of his elder sibling. His eyes glittered like emeralds, and his gold collar, the letter "A," dangled.
The youngest and runt of the litter? She'd light silvery fur, shimmering rosy eyes, and wore a carmine collar with a small silver chime.
One characteristic all shared was a golden crescent moon upon their foreheads. An additional trait the three siblings held in common? Like their parents, they possessed the capability of speech. Furthermore, they were essentially as

The Quietest Sound
There’s a sound no one hears
when a heart breaks politely.
It doesn’t shatter like thunder
or fall like a storm.
It folds inward—
soft, careful,
like paper creasing under too many words.
I learned early
how to swallow my voice.
How to smile
when something inside me
was clawing at the walls of my chest,
a silent scream
echoing where no one thought to listen.
People say the night is quiet.
But the night is full of voices—
the ones that were ignored in daylight,
the ones told
be smaller,
be quieter,
be easier to love.
So they rise.
Like a lonely moon
climbing a dark sky
that once tried to bury its light.
And maybe that’s what pain really is—
not darkness,
but light with nowhere to go.
A heart that keeps burning
even when the world insists
it should dim.
I’ve carried that fire
in shaking hands,
in tired breaths,
in words I was afraid to say aloud.
But the truth is—
even a silent scream
is still a voice.
Even the moon
that everyone feared in the dark
still rises.

Frustration
Frustration isn't an emotion that can be dealt with quickly. For some, hindrance immediately becomes outright emotional arousal. Also, it depended on what a person's definition of frustration was.
Plus, how reliable their coping skills moreover self-control were when dealing with whatever was creating their difficulties at the moment. Some individuals had a high tolerance when it came to maintaining their anxiety. Others not so much.

The coppery fireball leisurely climbed into the pale blue heavens, bathing the glorious realm of Aurelais in its tender blanket of hope. Aurelais had gone from an obsolete monarchy into a more forward-thinking constitutional monarchy. This concept may go over many people's heads.
To simplify, what a constitutional monarchy is? A constitutional monarchy is a system of government in which a monarch shares power with a constitutionally organized government.
The monarch may be the de facto head of state or a purely ceremonial leader. The constitution allocates the rest of the government's power to the legislature and judiciary.
It is also called a limited monarchy. A monarch is the head of state. However, they must follow a constitution. Most constitutional monarchies use a parliamentary system.
Constitutional monarchs embody and represent the legitimate constitutional authority of the state. They are performing ceremonial and official functions in which the identity and control of
