Raka, Vega, Vesper as Draco Beings

These are Spirit Alpha's characters who were introduced as half the puppies in chapter 16 of Dragon City. Raka is Moonlight Blaze's daughter, Vega Jasper Sky's son and Vesper as Luka Star's son. As Spirit Alpha came up with all of Toothless's blood relations she gets full control of all who related to him and voices. So she is entitled to be the voice of Raka but hasn't come with yet voices to Vega or Vesper.

I drew the young ones as my idea for Draco Beings or humanoid dragons of the Dragon Kingdom. Hope she likes it.
