Aaaand here it is!
I've decided to take on a bit of a (massive) challenge to celebrate the upcoming Valentine's Day. In retrospect, Disney's animated films have got, hands down, some of the most mesmerizing, unforgettable scenes that are just pwoahhhhhh. So I decided to take on this project to recreate some of Disney's most memorable scenes, including this lovely one from Disney's TARZAN!

This scene, the one where he meets Jane for the first time isn't all that 'whoaa romantic' at first, but if you look at it, it's a life-changing moment for Tarzan, where he meets his love for the first time ever, and more importantly, someone of his own kind. Though there's no song for this actual moment, I feel like the opening song, 'Two Worlds, one Family' is kinda perfect for the scene.

If you want to see more of the upcoming recreated Disney moments, make sure you keep an eye out the next few days for some more! Hope you like it, and Happy Valentines Day!

True love comes in all forms. That's what Jane and Tarzan agree on. ;)

You've captured the moment between these two, very well. Tarzan finally meets a creature who is just like him and Jane meets somebody who seems like a savage at first but has actually never interacted with another human in their life until now.

But the shading with the leaves atop the tree is finely made but even though the fireflies weren't in the movie (As far as I remember) the fact that you're using them to show extra light for them to see in the darkened area is clever while also adding a little more to the moment between them. I also like how detailed the rain is. It's like you have actual water on it.

All in all? Fine work, my fellow fan of Disney. :)

Note: The guy in charge of animating this scene, Glen Keane, said he achieved that look on Tarzan's face by remembering how he himself felt when he held his newborn daughter for the first time. He tells her, "That's not Tarzan looking at Jane; that's me looking at you."

The only time in my life where I will ever say that the original movie is has been bested. Well done.
