Lost and Found

This was from a solo exhibition of mine a while back, Sanctuary. I remember this piece being sparked from a simple idea: a home for the lost and wounded. It depicts a woman who offers her heart and body as a refuge for the lost, whom eventually find their way to her by the path of the red thread of fate. It’s there that they build a home, a sanctuary to one day find themselves whole again.
