She basically demonstrates the birds' flying and hunting skills by using electronic 'preys' crawling about in the grass. When they catch the 'prey' they get rewarded by a real piece of meat. Usually 2 or 3 birds are in play during the show, and each of them have to wait patiently on a pole for their turn to perform. The Kookaburra sometimes intervenes and steals the 'prey' from the Owl or Hawk, even he's much smaller than them. Or he flies up in a tall tree and doesn't want to come down before he gets a big chunk of meat. He can be a real cheeky devil sometimes :D

Haha, that's cute :D Such a daring bird, stealing food from hawks! Thanks for the info! I've never seen a kookaburra as part of a flight show before so I was curious.

And a bit cheeky too, I think. He tends to do some unexpected things at times, like flying up in a tall tree instead of sitting on his pole ;)
