EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS (April 2019)

 Hi!
 
 I'm from venezuela and Desperation and rage spreads among Venezuelans as the hours pass and the massive blackout that hits the country since Monday is not solved. I'm from Maracaibo City and there is where people suffer the most because power outages take an entire week with no rest. The whole city is paralyzed, is extremely hard to find any food or even water, people die from hospitals just because there is no power and things don't get any better.

 I inform you guys about this because I never in my life have experienced something like this. Venezuela has always been a hard place to live but things have gone too far. 

 I'm opening commissions to still giving all my best to draw any character of your preferences I'm doing all my best to inform my clients about any circumstances because I always liked to work with honesty and transparency.

 I'm Trying to give weekly feedback so far.
