Remaking old friends | Jac + Nouille

I got invited to a new D&D group a few weeks ago and decided to revive and redesign my old character Jac and her companion Nouille (formerly called Noodle). Changed her from Human to Halfling and her class is now Drakewarden Ranger, and her backstory has changed *a little* but not much. She's still a courier, but now with a drake mount.

I never actually finished drawing her the first time I played Jac back in the day, so this was a great exercise to demonstrate my growth over the last year - particularly in the speed department.  From start to finish, I don't think I spent more than 6 hours on this, when in years past I think it would have taken me a whole week to finish a drawing like this with two characters.  Composition's a bit stiff because I was only intending to do a basic turn-around for another character-sheet, but I ended up trying a simple background for practice instead.
