Lack of motivation stems from loss of focus or will, Rebuilding or strenghtening focus through practiced use of resolve is the best way, But requires dedication and a willingness to better your mental strength, Otherwise just try to take a break or something.
Try and be active, exercise a bit or just generally take a walk for a while. Try doing it when you wake up to clear your mind, it really does work if you stick by a strict schedule, this also affects how often you sleep and when you sleep.
Taking a one week break helped me recover my motivation. Maybe you should take a couple days off, see if that works =3

Music distracts me if it has words. Do you know any good songs?
I do I don't if it'll be helpful tho but I try to keep practing almost everyday to get better at my drawings or look at other people's artwork and try and see what I accomplish ^~^
