Mmmmm, a fresh tasty batch of riddles, and they're chocolate chip!
As usual, I'm not very good at blogging, so this is how I use my DA journal. I've made a hobby of collecting riddles, and now have a reason to use them. Feel free to answer what you can. More are on the way.

The following sentence is false. The preceding sentence is true. Are these sentences true or false?

The person who makes it, doesn't want it. The person who buys it, doesn't use it. The person who uses it, doesn't know he/she is using it.

More riddles, these seem pretty easy though.
Since I don't like blogging, I think this is how I will use my DA journal from now on. Come back soon for more riddles. I might even make this a weekly thing.

I collect riddles. Here are some new ones for your brain to chew on. Enjoy.

My head and tail both equal are,
My middle slender as a bee.
Whether I stand on head or heel
Is quite the same to you or me.
But if my head should be cut off,
The matter's true, though passing strange
Directly I to nothing change.
What am I?

We are little creatures;
all of us have different features.
One of us in glass is set;
one of us you'll find in jet.
Another you may see in tin,
and the fourth is boxed within .
If the fifth you should pursue,
it can never fly from you.
What are we?

What do you throw out when you want to use it,
but take in when you don't want to use it?
As soon as you say my name I am gone,
What am I?

The living make not a mumble,
the dead do nothing but growl and grumble.
What are they?

In a world where 1 is 2, 5 is 5, and 8 is 7,
What thing appears when you multiply 331 and 3,
Without heaven and earth?

Why is a raven like a writing desk?

4,004 brownie points to anyone who can figure them out. And yes there is an answer to the last riddle, the Mad Hatter just forgot to mention it. E-mail me if your plagued with finding the answers and I shall relinquish them. Good luck.
Once upon a time, way back in the good old days of 4th grade, our class was having our scheduled Friday spelling test. After many a months of doing these, one kid finally asked the teacher the question. Why do we have to take test?

This gave our teacher the oppertunity to either hiss a quiet, throw down one of her many punishents, or simply give him the classic 'cause i said so'. But istead she said somthing that has stuck with me for a very long time.

And I quote, "because you all don't have windows in your head so we can look in and see that you know this stuff. Tests are our way of checking what you have learned.

So now that I am up to my ears in finals, I keep rethinking what she said. It makes perfect sense, and even adds a bit of justice to my piles of homework. But you know what? Just cause it makes sense dosen't mean I have to like it.
I've been watching a lot of TV lately. Acutally I'm watching too much TV. As in the Surgeon General will becoming any day to slap a lable on my satalite dish.

How have I come to this canerious conclusion? Well I think in one of my staring contests with the TV, somehow the world of television has fused with my own every day living. Mostly the scifi suspense world. I see the shifting shaddows, and I hear the soft footsteps. The door creaks a litte and I ask 'whos there?'
Its gotten to the point where I will walk down the cliche dark alley just waiting for so said ninja or demon to come out and attack me. And me, being so fused with television prowess, will of course know all the combat counter moves to defeat Bad Guy. I know the scene and all the catchy comebacks I will of course have to utter, all the random explosions, and the numerious pointy objects.

Reasons for watching so much brain cell bashing TV? I'm in college. Yup. Thats all the excuse one needs. I don't have the money for anything else. Human interaction? Non existant. Sleep? Not important. Food? Hey, under the trach can, is that a cookie crumb!? *snatch*

I'm making a mental want list. On top would be more hours in the day, followed by food, sketch pads, socks, and new set of pencils.

Or a rocket car, cause that would be cool.
So here's a weird story. I went to create a deviantART gallery right? Well when I tried to fill out the name part, I saw someone already had my chosen name. So out of pure curiosity I went to this so said person's gallery. I was shocked to learn that she had the same name as me. Not only that but she liked all the same things as me. And on top of that she even lived in the same town as me. Well I started to think that somthing might be a bit strange going on. Then the obvious hit me that I created this galley, but I did it along time ago. So long ago I guess, that I forgot I had it. It felt a little creepy that I would forget about somthing like this, but thats what I get for eating paper as a kid. ^_^
Ya welcome to my gallery and all that cal. Put the toilet seat down, don't track in mud, and enjoy your stay!
